Do you store my baby's data on your servers?

No. All baby-related data (sleep, feeding, diapers, notes, etc.) is stored locally on your device. Optional iCloud backup, if enabled, is handled by Apple.

Can I use BabyOK on multiple devices?

If you enable iCloud sync in the app and on your devices, your data can be shared securely between devices signed into the same Apple ID. iCloud sync is available for Premium subscribers.

Is there a free version?

Yes. The free version includes core tracking features with some limitations: 2 sleep events, 3 feeding events, and 3 diaper changes per day, and support for 1 child. Premium features unlock unlimited events, multiple children, history view, analytics, data export, cloud sync, and notifications.

What are the Premium features?

Premium includes unlimited events, multiple children support, calendar-based history view, advanced analytics & statistics, data export (JSON/PDF), iCloud backup & sync, notifications & reminders, and advanced development tracking with growth dynamics.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How does the 24-hour clock work?

BabyOK visualizes your baby's day on a 24-hour analog clock interface, showing sleep, feeding and other events as segments. This makes it easy to spot routines and gaps at a glance.

Can I track multiple children?

Yes, multiple children support is available for Premium subscribers. The free version supports tracking for 1 child.

What languages does BabyOK support?

BabyOK supports 12+ languages. The app interface and content are localized for a global audience. Check the App Store listing for the complete list of supported languages.

Can I export my data?

Yes, Premium subscribers can export their data in JSON or PDF format. This allows you to keep a backup of your baby's records or transfer them if needed.

What happens to my data if I delete the app?

If you delete the app, all local data on your device will be removed. If you had iCloud sync enabled, you can restore your data by reinstalling the app and signing in with the same Apple ID, as long as the iCloud backup still exists.
