3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BabyOK. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Free and Premium Features

BabyOK offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Free features include basic tracking with limitations. Premium features include unlimited events, multiple children support, history view, analytics, data export, cloud sync, and notifications. Premium subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

5. Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's payment terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Maintain the security of your device and Apple ID
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair the App

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of BabyOK is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device, with optional iCloud backup for Premium users.

8. Intellectual Property

BabyOK and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

11. Medical Disclaimer

BabyOK is designed to help you track your baby's activities and development. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding your baby's health or development.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when we make changes. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law
